Everything is handcrafted; the secret ingredient is love.
Know yourself.
Each and every day, we grow as individuals. Finding what truly makes us happy while attaining life lessons in the process. The journey of self-discovery can and will bring up emotional, mental and also physical challenges that may be holding you back. It’s imperative to not only protect yourself but your energy as well. LMM was designed to spotlight how creativity cultivates healing for myself and others. No one person is the same. What works for others may not work for you and that’s perfectly fine. Your journey is just that, yours. Be the change you want to see.
Benefits of Copper.

If you struggle to ground yourself or remain present, copper is your best friend. Spiritually, copper is known to act as an energy conductor, bridging the physical and spiritual to promote healing, balance and optimism.
I’ve gone over how to approach this in my mind, many different ways. And after overthinking and going back and forth with myself, I have come to the conclusion that the best approach is to just dive right in, so I’m just going to say it; YOU are in YOUR own way!
Hear me out.. I want you to really think about whatever it is in your life that’s holding you back. Think about the obstacles and bridges you need to overcome in order to accomplish the goals you want to achieve in life…
Once you’ve identified the cause of delay or stagnation, ask yourself, is this really an obstacle? Are these things in your life really holding you back or are you placing these things in front of you as an excuse to not succeed?
Now I know what you’re thinking, “why would I create obstacles for myself”? I had to ask myself the same question and for a while I struggled with my answer. Until one day someone very close to me said I was afraid of my own potential. I got offended at first but once I removed all emotion from their response, I understood.
We are conditioned and accustomed to things falling apart in our lives. But no one ever talks about how everything just turns out right. We often look for what could go wrong and tell ourselves or let others tell us we will fail. There could literally be nothing implicating any type of misfortune or setback, yet we will convince ourselves not to go after our dreams.
So I’m here to tell you like someone had to tell me, YOU are in YOUR own way. It’s time to hold yourself accountable. Be responsible for your talents and gifts. Be responsible with the ability to create. Be responsible for honoring yourself and who Big God intended you to be. It’s ok to not know all the answers. It’s ok to be unsure of how things will come together. But you owe it to yourself and the universe to try. So get out the way, let yourself be free
From the Westside, with love
